At Healthcare Workforce Logistics, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we use cookies. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies we use, why we use them, and your options.

What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly and can support features like security, authentication, and user experience.

Types of Cookies We Use
1. Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They enable core features such as secure login, session management, and user authentication.
• Purpose: To recognize valid users, maintain login sessions, and ensure secure access to the platform.
• Legal Basis: These cookies are used under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest in securing and operating the site.

2. Security/Tracking Cookies (Non-Marketing)
We use limited tracking cookies solely for fraud detection and abuse prevention. These help us ensure that user accounts are not misused (e.g., by bots or shared credentials).
• Purpose: Detect and prevent automated access or unauthorized use of valid user accounts.
• What They Don’t Do: We do not use these cookies for advertising, personalization, or cross-site tracking.

Third-Party Cookies
We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or analytics. No data is shared with third-party ad networks or analytics platforms.

Managing Cookies
As we only use cookies essential for security and functionality, most cannot be disabled without affecting site performance. However, you can still configure your browser to block or alert you about cookies, though some parts of the site may not work correctly as a result.
Refer to your browser’s help section for managing cookie settings.

Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
