Angela Sigurdson

President, Colorado Hospital Association (CHA) Shared Services and Financial Advisors

Angela Sigurdson is President of CHA Shared Services and Financial Advisors, where she oversees strategic programs, business solutions, and collaborative partnerships that help member hospitals reduce costs and maximize resources so they can focus on delivering high-quality care to their communities. As a member of the Colorado Hospital Association’s executive team, she helps shape the Association’s strategic direction and
advance its mission to strengthen Colorado’s health care system.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Angela brings deep expertise in organizational development, human resources, employee engagement, total rewards, and business development. Before becoming President, she served for 14 years as Vice President of Human Resources, where she led people strategies that fostered a high performing workforce and strengthened organizational electiveness.

Angela holds a Master of Science in Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Iowa State University. She also completed graduate coursework in Counseling at Denver Seminary. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and pets, exploring Colorado’s outdoors on foot, bike, scooter or snowboard, traveling, practicing yoga, and learning new line dances.
