Jonathan W. Ward

President

Jonathan W. Ward joined Jackson Healthcare in 2014 as Vice President of Corporate Development, and in 2016, was named President of Healthcare Workforce Logistics (HWL). With more than 30 years of healthcare staffing experience, Jonathan leads a team of fellow industry experts who, through a combination of proprietary, next-generation technology and customizable managed services, deliver vendor-neutral contingent workforce solutions that lower costs, improve quality, and increase fill rates for healthcare employers nationwide.

Prior to HWL and Jackson Healthcare, Jonathan held a number of executive management positions at Cross Country Healthcare, including President of its Travel Nurse and Allied division, and was responsible for developing its Managed Service Solution. Jonathan holds an MBA from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Drew University.
