Robert Middlebrooks, CPHQ, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, ITIL

Senior Vice President of Project Management Office

Robert began consulting with HWL in 2020 during the initial days of the COVID pandemic providing project management, healthcare quality, and regulatory compliance expertise. In partnership with HWL and state/federal government agencies, he was the senior project manager who helped establish and successfully operate static, mobile, and mass drive-through COVID vaccination clinics throughout Georgia and Colorado. After the pandemic, Robert continued to consult with HWL on various projects and joined the HWL team as Senior Vice President of the Project Management Office in August 2024. Prior to HWL, Robert provided project management and regulatory compliance consulting services through RPM Consulting to hospitals, primary care /urgent care facilities, and clinics.

Robert is a graduate of Furman University with a dual bachelor’s degree in computer science and French. He currently maintains active certifications as a CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) through NAHQ (National Association for Healthcare Quality), certified PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), and PfMP (Portfolio Management Professional) through PMI (Project Management Institute). He also has several certifications in ITIL and Lean Six Sigma.
